I am a Florida native and as a child, vacationed in the Port St Joe area with my family and friends. Through the years, I've been drawn back to the Forgotten Coast and the rich, yet simple lifestyle this area offers.
Along with my husband, Mark, also a Realtor, I have been involved in all aspects of the real estate market, including developing, buying, selling and building residential homes and rental properties. I am also well versed in real estate investing, 1031 tax exchanges and short-sale procedures.
