It’s not often we find ourselves in a situation where we just don’t have the perfect property available for our clients, however, that is where we find ourselves today! I wanted to share a couple small stories from just 2 of our customers looking to move to this area. We have families who are looking for homes calling us daily. Our team wants to help find their place of their dreams.
“My family and I are eager to move to the Port St. Joe area this Spring. We are a family of 5 looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We will also be bringing our family dog with us who loves to run the beach! At this time, we don’t see any homes for sale that would work for us and would love for anyone in the area thinking of selling to please consider listing!”
“We have fallen in love with the St. Joe beach/Port St Joe area and have decided that this is where we want to live. Our interests are to relax on the beach, enjoy our family when they visit and live the perfect retired life. Our dream home would be a simple 2 bedroom home in the City of Port St Joe or in the St. Joe beach area. We are downsizing and want to live the simple life.”
